Hi, 1. 39% is targeted returns, what about tentative actual returns and any past records to show actual similar returns in past ? 2, are returns paid in cash , annually or at end of project's maturity 3. in case of project's failure to deliver, what is base return that pyco will be contractually liable to pay ? 4. if investor breaks contractual term earlier than completion of project, what are penalties or base pro rata returns offered ?
